PEAK TWO DEBRIEF | INVENT

You’ve evolved the idea, worked within constraints and made it real.

If you’ve made it this far, you’re no longer guessing.

You’ve learned what the idea can be, and what it’s not.

Now it’s time to change gear and get ready to launch.

Mid Peak Debrief

Well, that wasn’t as tough as you’d expect and the progress we’ve made is clear for all to see.

I simply love the invent phase, full of creativity, conundrums and solutions that bring the product into clear view, honed and ready for launch.

The idea has morphed into a product which can reliably be reproduced. Not perfect, but more than good enough to launch.

Now we have a clear continuous improvement plan, new and improved will soon follow, keeping that all important momentum going.

Our pace is good, keep this up and we will hit the summit before the storm.

Let’s take a brief pause to reenergise before we go again, a rest has been well earnt.

If Jim were here he’d be delighted by the progress that’s been made. There’s no reward without effort and rewarded we certainly have been. I can just hear his words of encouragement driving us on.

“The products unique, everyone will love it. Better still they actually need it!” Now let’s bring this home!
